Tere na nu main duniya ton lukaya
Dasda vi kiven?
Teri ek kasam ne
Jaape jiven saddian ton mainu chupp karaya
Meri halat hai us goonge vargi
Jehda ghar lutiya gaya
Te ek vaar oh ucchi ro vi naa paya
Jindagi de dive vich
Paa yaddan terian ta taail
Til til kar ke main khud nu jalaya
Tu lai gaya bahar appne naal
Te main ban gaya biaban ch khara sukka rukh
Na main kisse nu shaan de sakda
Na kise khushi ne mere te allna paya
Puchdde ne lok meri udaasi di vajah
Ohna nu ki pata
Us vajah nu hi main apna rabb banaya
Tera na lai ke ron di addat aje gayi nahi
Lakh kiti koshish
Par jhootha vi muskra na paya
Tu kitthe ja ke baitha
Mainu pata na khabar
Par sochda haan rehnda
Kitte bullan utte tere
Mera naa vi aaya?
