aaKhirii baat

tuluu-e-shams-e-mufaaraqat hai
puranii kirane.n naye makaano.n ke aa.Ngano.n me.n laraz rahii hai.n
fasiil-e-shahar-e-vafa ke rozan chamakate zarro.n se bhar ga_ii hai.n
gaye dino.n ke aziz baate.n nigar subahe.n gulab raate.n
bisaat-e-dil bhii ajiib shay hai hazaar jiite.n hazaar maate.n
judaa_iyo.n kii havaaye.n lamho.n kii Khush maTTii u.Daa rahii hai.n
ga_ii ruto.n kaa malaal kab tak
chalo ke shaaKhe.n to TuuTatii hai.n
chalo ke qabro.n pe Khuun rone se
apanii aa.Nkhe.n hii phuuTatii hai.n
ye mo.D vo hai jahaa.N se mere tumhaare raste badal gaye hai.n
puraanii raaho.n ko lauTanaa bhii hamaarii qatadiir me.n nahii.n
ke raaste bhii hamaare qadamo.n ke saath aage nikal gaye hai.n
